Future Ready Schools

Dashboard Dash Winners Announced.

BUSD is one of only 45 teams throughout the nation to meet the Future Ready Schools challenge.

During the first week of January 2016, Future Ready challenged the 430 school district teams that attended a summit in 2015 to complete steps one through three of the 5 step planning process. This is no small feat, especially with the deadline imposed! The district teams invested hours of time to complete a series of assessments – both internally and then among stakeholders in all of the seven gear areas.

We look forward to working with the 45 teams on furthering their Future Ready Plans, as well as the thousands of district leaders who begin to use this free planning resource to inform their own Future Ready transformation. For more, visit the Future Ready Dashboard!

Winners of the Dashboard Dash were recognized during “The Road Ahead” segment shown above, starting around 7:50.
